The Job
As the Head of Talent & Development, you will work in partnership with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business to proactively deliver creative solutions, manage and lead change, provide consultancy, coaching and guidance to drive a high performing culture.
Key Deliverables will include :
- Drive key leadership development initiatives across the organisation, including succession planning and talent management for key roles
- Create and roll out a structured talent identification programme and ensure development of managers for key roles
- Build a development culture, including a technology platform to integrate it into the organisation
- Manage the vendor-service provider environment to ensure high-quality inputs in the field
- Develop and skill team members to ensure continuity
Your Profile
- You must have a master's degree with a focus in Management Development or Human Resources and 15+ years in creating and implementing strategies for improving leadership, organisational development and learning, and leadership development in a large, distributed set.
- Deep knowledge and demonstrated results in implementing innovative techniques as well as excellent visualisation and communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of current tools, techniques and technologies in the area is a critical must-have
