We have been retained by a client to identify 'Head of Talent Development' to drive ambitious people agenda. The position is a part of Leadership team and will be accountable for setting and delivering a Talent development Strategy, that defines the approach, outcomes and key performance indicators for the talent development agenda at Pan India level.
Specifically you will :
- Provide integrated leadership of all expertise related to Talent development, Talent Management, PMS and Changing work culture.
- Efficiently manage the PMS cycle-Goal setting exercise with focus on consequence management
- Analyse people-related data, conduct assessments and own metrics to identify talent gaps, understand drivers of employee experience.
- Translate the talent-related data into insights through analysis that drives developmental action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Work with different stakeholders to evaluate and support program best practices to ensure there is ease of organization-wide adoption.
- Driving the cultural & capability transformation of the organization
- Conduct continuous monitoring and improvement of signature programs, processes and core tools with a holistic view of introducing changes to the business.
- Be a steward of the changing work culture and develop tools and standards to deploy effective Hybrid work culture.
- Design and deliver programs/interventions to enhance behavioral skills of the employees
The ideal candidate would be:
- A Management graduate from a reputed institute with 15-20 years of experience with proven track record of building (designing, executing, operationalizing, and scaling) talent management strategies and measuring their impact.
- Experience of working in matrix environment and of delivery through influence rather than direct control.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
