- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
- Leading and managing a team of 4 recruiters.
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for mid-career and graduate hiring.
- Maintain a healthy talent funnel, evaluate existing/future talent requirements, identify critical roles and plan sourcing strategies to attract talent from diverse talent pools.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, shortlisting, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless candidate experience from candidate selection offer onboarding for a new hire.
- Partner with leaders of the partner organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process.
- Responsible for internal reporting, dashboards, talent mapping, hiring analysis, vendor management
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure sourcing/ hiring needs are met.
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring and shortlisting benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidates satisfaction.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Management of all TA related activities as required.
