Head-Talent Acquisition-Females Preferred  Leadership Hiring - Individually responsible for leadership hiring (across APAC, EU and Americas) - Handling all positions at AVP and above level and niche skill positions for the company across locations  Working on building leadership team for company's another venture  Vendor Management- Manage relationships and develop vendors as per the need by segregating them into specilaised areas and keeping analytics around their performance by proper evaluation  Process Design - Manpower planning, Designing sourcing strategy & Vendor Management process for Niche/Leadership and bulk roles  Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts  Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans  Preparation of full scale manpower requirement plans in consultation with functional heads  Responsible for diversity & inclusive hiring  Design and develop tools and systems to measure Talent Sourcing team's process adherence and standardization of HR plans  Manage end to end hiring and strategy for certain senior level positions involving expatriates. This includes leading recruitment efforts from the front involving specialized vendor and sourcing channels, Build employee friendly engagement plans and budgets
