Our Client is in a business that is driven by people. People capacitization is a key to business success and hence this role is a critical role to the organization's growth.

As the Head of Talent Acquisition - Technology, you will be responsible for the overall recruitment service delivery across hiring, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving the recruitment processes which include talent attraction, branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management, and all the related responsibilities.

Great! What Are You expected to do?

- The position involves the full range of business services that span day-to-day recruitment activities to participation in longer-range strategic initiatives, such as organizational change, manpower staff planning, and process improvement. Here are a few highlights:

- Candidate is expected to be able to handle a volume of 100 full time Technolgy hires a month (and growing!)

- The opportunity involves scaling recruitment numbers up by 4-5x in 1 year

- The person is expected to take a full view of process, technology, systems and team to make decisions and execute them through the team and partners

- The candidate is required to manage key stakeholders such as heads of business functions and founders

- The person is expected to strategize and kick-start long term initiatives that will help develop the talent pool required for the business as it scales

- The role reports into the Head of Talent Acquisition

Who is an ideal candidate?

- 12+ years of full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition (Technology Hiring )

- Deep external market knowledge with high-volume experience across multiple domains, verticals, and skills in bulk, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring of recruitment professionals across different levels

- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment

- The ideal candidate should be persuasive, influencing, outspoken, subject matter expertise with excellent Business Acumen

- Ability to formulate customized sourcing strategies as per changing business demands & trends

- Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders including Hiring Leaders & Senior Leaders

- Data-driven mindset, great presentation skills, and proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google sheets for reporting

- Proven ability to multitask and manage many projects/tasks at the same time
