Job Description:

1. Talent Management and Fulfillment.

2. To develop and implement Recruitment strategies.

3. To Design and Stream line Recruitment policy.

4. Accountable for all Critical and Leadership positions hiring.

5. Manage Vendor and Campus Recruitment.

6. Prepare annual Recruitment budget keeping in view the annual hiring plan of the organization.

7. Responsible for the growth in Business Revenue - Professional services / Staffing Business for Captives
