Head Talent Acquisition - Technical hiring (Volume)

- We are looking for an HR Leader with proven experience in Hiring strategy and excellence in execution. The incumbent will lead hiring for company working closely with our India and global business partners.

- We expect the incumbent to act as an advisor to our stakeholders across business and HR on Staffing activities. He/she will set strategic direction for the function and bring excellent execution skills to to partner in our growth ambition. As a member of the HR Leadership team, this incumbent will aid in running the India HR function as a key stakeholder

Requirements :

- At least a Master's degree in HRM or a relevant field

- Proven track record to lead volume hiring, managing diverse stake holders and large teams

- Overall volume Technical hiring experience is required

- Must have experience managing employer branding initiatives & complete life cycle recruiting

- Experience with HRMS

- Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g., professional platforms, social networks)
