- You have a great experience is scaling the firm in a big way in terms of Hiring, Learning & Development activities.

- You have managed a high performing HRBP and recruitment teams

- You have great experience in dealing with recruiting ambiguities.

- You are hands on.

You have a decent education pedigree like XLRI, TIFR etc.
