Hiring for one the leading start-up for Head Talent Acquisition

Profile : Head - Talent Acquisition / Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

Experience : 9 to 15 years

Location : Noida

He/She will build on current TA processes to enhance speed & candidate experience, minimize errors and reduce costs for company as measured by:

- Develop hiring playbook

- Create and train teams on Process Maps

- Develop dashboard and analytics

- Source and build an exceptional funnel of talents for the Captains group

- Ensure all hiring/screening processes are linked with GP principles

- Develop hiring funnels and design attractive referral programs

- Set cadences, KPIs for self and TA team

- Ensure the TA is run on auto-pilot by minimizing manual processes

- Integrate Applicant Tracking System with Darwin Box

- Flash reports through systems - Recruiter efficiency, vendor efficiency, cost per hire trend, source mix, hiring funnel etc.

- He/She will bring in efficiency by bringing in consistency in TA by ensuring minimum guarantee of service as measured by

- Every resume to be shared with the cover notes with basic assessment checklist ( reasons forleaving current jobs, personal background, key achievements, notice period, salary expectations,etc)

- Implement hiring brief for every role classified under Captains

- Proactive weekly check ins with the business on agreed numbers and SLAs ( metrics)

- Flash regular dashboard to the business on key metrics
