We are hiring for leading startup in bangalore - Identify hiring needs, create and execute an efficient TA strategy to improve business performance. - Develop and build a highly-skilled COE for attracting, hiring, and retaining diverse talent. - Drive hiring across leadership, growth, operations, technology, non-tech, product, data, sales, and Campus. - Provide thought leadership and guidance to the TA team. - Drive engagements with alumni, environment, academia, job boards and represent Practo at major TA Events to build a brand for Practo. - Plan and drive Digital Social Media recruitment initiatives. - Examine resource forecast, develop dashboards/MIS/ TA Control Tower for CAPA and better decision making. - Monitor external sources/competition for trends to stay ahead. - Improve recruitment processes and measurement metrics to meet recruitment targets and KPIs. - Continuously improve People, Processes, and Technology for TA Team. - Prepare, review and monitor annual budgets for recruitment. - Create and execute a plan on Employer Branding.
