Job Brief - We are currently hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Architect and execute the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Partner with business to build a robust talent pipeline and enable hiring ahead of time
- Execute talent branding strategies and focus on engaging with talent communities to position Stader as an employer of choice
- Lead a team of recruiters to fulfil positions across the world and ensure that we are always adequately staffed.
- Review systems, processes and frameworks periodically for maximum efficiency.
