- Driving the talent agenda for the organisation, the incumbent will be the single point of accountability for the stakeholders, responsible for ensuring quality oriented, efficient, and cost-effective talent delivery for the business - You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates - At least 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources with R&D/shared services setup - Experience managing projects will be a strong plus - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
