- Head Talent Acquisition and mentor TA team

- Devise TA strategy, develop sourcing model, Pipeline Strategy, Social hiring interventions, market mapping and stakeholder relations.

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

- Excellent communicator

- Well-organized

- A leader and strategic thinker

- Masters in human resources or relevant field
