Delivery Head - Talent Acquisition. Candidate will be deputed onsite (account head role) with the client which is one of the leading Investment Banking firm.

Looking for a candidate with Excellent communication skill, Decision making ability, Team Management Experience, Investment banking domain knowledge.

Role :

- Managing multiple clients at a given point of time.

- Responsible for Solution to Delivery.

- Responsible for Delivery, TAT, SLA.

- Strong in Escalation and Stakeholder Management.

- Interact with Hiring Manager, Department Head to seek clarity on the position,

- Making recruitment strategies form implementation to execution stage.

- Managing and guiding a team.
