This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc  - Develop and manage university relationship with various campuses and promote employer branding.  - Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.  - Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.  Academic Qualification:  - Degree in Engineering / Science / Humanities / Commerce from a reputed institute / university.  - An MBA in HR from a premier business school in India.  Knowledge:  - Knowledge of HR tools, HRMIS systems & processes in areas of Talent Acquisition  - Knowledge of contemporary techniques, trends & developments in the space of Human Resource Management.  Candidate profile  - 18-22 years with experience in Consulting, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Services Industry   - Should have an open to manage recruitment for critical roles in the organization
