Head - Talent Acquisition - Online Payment Platform

We are right now hiring for TA head for a leading online payment platform for Gurgaon location

What you'll be doing :

- Conducting research, strategic planning, New Initiative, mapping target companies

- Possess strong ability to source, pre-screen candidates

- Should discuss mandates with senior people in the industry

- Build the Talent Acquisition strategy

- Actively work on competition mapping for head hunting and build talent pool
