Our client is a growing international consulting firm, specializes in public accounting,- audit,- and- taxation. They provide full-service consulting services that specialize in- enhancing- their workforce and- removing the stress from clients'- year-round- resourcing needs- with white glove service and support.
They are keen to onboard female diversity senior non- tech talent acquisition manager to lead and manage end to end talent acquisition requirement needs in India.
Potential candidate will be reporting to Global Talent Acquisition Head based in onshore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
- Supervising and providing overall guidance to the team
- Responsible to design and implement various recruitment strategies.
- Manage budgets, update on monthly basis on forecasted AOP vs actuals.
- Driving diversity & inclusion hiring programs for both campus & lateral hiring.
- Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
- Create/define dashboards/metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- Qualified degree with at least 10+ years of experience in non tech hiring in Big4 OR global delivery / shared service centre. Ideally someone has worked on accounting & finance hiring.
- Successfully managed team and engaged with senior level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and people management skills
