More about the role responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment
- Ensure to fill the positions on time with quality
- Effectively usage of source available
- Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates
- Reporting & Analysis on weekly target, rejections, attrition within probation etc
- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders
- Maintain active relationships with external vendors and agencies to fulfill hiring needs
- Conduct regular training for the team on new hiring standards and protocols
- Candidates with 7-10Yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition
Educational Background: MBA
- Complete working knowledge of job boards, excel is mandatory
- Very proficient in using MS Office & MS Projects
- Exposure to Business process orientation preferred.
- Proficient in speaking Kannada, English and other Regional language depending on work location
- Should provide 2 references each from (a) Past superior officer, (b) Past/Present Subordinates, (c) Past/Present Peers (same rank)
