Hiring for Talent Acquisition Head with a Listed Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC) in Mumbai/ Delhi Location.

About the Company:

The company is a leading listed NBFC. Currently they have two business verticals:

1. Wholesale Lending: Majorly catering to Real Estate Project finance

2. SME / Retail lending: Majorly catering to secured loans Equipment finance and Loan Against property; The ticket sizes ranges from Rs 20 Lacs to Rs 100 Lacs

In addition, the company has a license for Housing finance and the company plans to launch Home Loan product soon.

The company is listed in BSE / NSE. Currently they have about 500 employees and the loan book of around Rs 1200 crores.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Head to help our company, to find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Brief Job Description :

Manage the entire Talent Acquisition Process across levels and functions.

Manpower Planning for all the Business Units.

Work closely with the business units for workforce planning, restructuring and succession planning.

Drive and coordinate for completion of talent and potential reviews.

Market, Industry research & analysis, competitor intelligence to advice management on feasibility of talent availability and movement of new business verticals.

Focus on high quality parameters deliverable to reduce involuntary attrition.

Would involve 40 percent travelling across the country.

Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
