Campus Recruitment - Responsible for group wide campus recruitment | Successfully recruiting top talent from top campuses for the group| Integrated strategy feeding into talent management pool at group level

Recruitment using Social Media : Leveraging social networking medium to build positive image of the group in the talent market (Linked In, Job verticals)

Driving various Recruitment channels : Framework for group wide recruitment vendor management, evaluation & reward scheme; job portals management; Central sourcing team (Accelerate Hire), Talent Connect - conceptualized & rolled out the employee referral scheme.

Implementation of Innovative HR Technology in Talent Acquisition - Video Interviews, App based referrals, assessment, etc.
