Our client is a leading Hospital Chain in Hyderabad who is looking for a dynamic leader to head their end to end talent acquisition

Job Description:

- Head the end to end TA

- Lead and mentor a skilled recruitment team

- Collaborate with leadership to align talent needs with growth objectives

- Oversee end-to-end sourcing and selection, from initiating vacancies to on-boarding

- Design and implement recruiting strategies for assigned divisions and levels

- Objective is to reduce dependence on vendors

- Responsible for contributing in building the Employee Value Proposition for the organization

Profile:

- A track record of 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within hospitals/healthcare organisations is a must have

- A proven ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters, achieving outcomes through effective leadership and mentorship

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling relationship-building across all tiers of the organization

- A proactive, solution-driven mindset focused on delivering a superlative candidate experience
