- Engaged divisional and office leadership on recruiting business planning and ensuring high-quality delivery for full time and contractor hiring requirements.

- Responsible for strategy and execution of all divisional hiring requirements.

- Responsible for leading, managing and improving recruitment sourcing to help tap best quality technical talent across all industry verticals and skill-sets.

- Responsible for handling overall Talent Acquisition function.

- Will be heading PAN India role.

- Responsible for Talent Development.

- Responsible for Manpower Planning.

- Heading a team of Talent Acquisition people.
