Key Responsibilities :
- Ownership of firm-wide hiring effort, leading a team of 8+ recruiters
- Translate hiring roadmap to an effective strategy, that leads to timely closure of open positions
- Create and implement a lean and agile hiring process
- Campus hiring of technology graduates
- Employer branding initiatives
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Managing partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards
- Present recruitment metrics and progress reports to the management.
- Implement ATS
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Recent experience in an IT services / technology firm
- Last 4 years should be in leading hiring effort, leading a team of at least 4 recruiters
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent with MS office
- Highly flexible, adaptable individual with a can-do attitude
