This role is a global role to head the recruitment function based out of Noida, India
Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years
An ideal candidate, who has worked in a large or mid-size IT services company.
Partner with leadership and senior management.
Person should have strategic orientation and operational excellence.
Has been managing and leading multiple locations across geographies.
Serve as a subject matter expert when partnering with the business managers or leaders to help guide and ensure business specific goals are designed, developed and executed.
Will manage & supervise the global TA function in India, US and APAC
Should lead from the front in meeting the business deadlines
Prior experience in - new age sourcing tools & technologies is a must.
Have prior experience in automating TA processes.
Deliver on defined SLA & Metrics.
Publish weekly and monthly dashboards.
Harness various social & other sourcing channels to optimize the mix and have an optimal cost structure of talent acquisition.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
The role serves as a single point of contact to the business & delivery and has matrix reporting.
