Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on IT and Digitalization, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and acquiring top talent to drive our organization's digital initiatives. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding the unique talent needs within IT and digital software domains, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and digital tools as a service (TaaS), with expertise in sourcing and acquiring talent to fuel digital transformation.

Must : Be from an IT Background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Strategy for IT/Digitalization:Collaborate closely with IT leaders and department heads to understand digitalization goals and staffing needs.

- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies specifically tailored to attract top talent in IT, digital tools, and software services.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in IT and digitalization to inform and enhance recruitment approaches.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening in IT/Digital Domains:

- Utilize advanced sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in IT, digital tools, and software services.

- Review resumes, conduct technical screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications for digital roles.

- Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates with expertise in digital technologies.

Technical Interviewing and Selection:

- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' proficiency in IT and digital tools.

- Collaborate with IT leaders to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with digitalization goals.

- Provide guidance and support throughout the selection process, emphasizing the importance of digital expertise.

Employer Branding in the Digital Space:

- Promote the organization as a leading employer in the digital landscape.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates in the IT and digital domains.

- Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance the company's visibility in the digital talent market.

- Collaboration and Communication in Digital Transformation:

- Work closely with IT leaders, digital teams, and HR to understand digitalization objectives and staffing requirements.

- Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring teams to provide updates and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

- Provide insights on the digital talent landscape and contribute to workforce planning for digital transformation initiatives.

Compliance and Documentation in IT Recruitment:

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment of IT professionals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation, particularly in the context of digital roles.

- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices and legal considerations in hiring within the IT and digitalization space.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Engineering degree with experience as head of TA Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on IT and digitalization.

- Strong understanding of IT and digital tools, with the ability to assess technical skills.

- Experience with digital software tools, platforms, and services is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
