Job description

1. Responsible for defining and driving talent acquisition strategies across the cluster group and reviewing it periodically in line with the evolving needs of the organization and market trends.

2. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process including University relations and taking a lead on attracting, sourcing, assessing, hiring and on boarding the best talent.

3. Maintain accurate records and conduct timely process audits to ensure process compliance and quality.

4. Engage with a variety of partners in improving the brand opposition. Use various channels of hiring partners, social media, portals to fulfill the talent needs of the organization.

5. Lead assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes to improve the overall talent acquisition strategy

6. Establish and facilitate roll-out of robust onboarding framework for new hires to facilitate a quick assimilation to the organization philosophy and work culture.

7. Actively benchmark and accordingly upgrade talent acquisition practices to attract top talent.

8. Manage the Internal talent mobility process to support internal progress
