Head - Talent Acquisition - IT for a US based mid size IT and KPO company
Our client is a US based IT and KPO company which was founded in US in 1995. Today has 2 offices in US and 2 offices in India with about 2500 people.
- Role will lead the IT recruitment for the company and will report to Head of HR with dotted line reporting to the Head of IT Products & Services business
- Will be required to lead a team of recruiters so should have past team leading experience
- Will be working on varied technologies such generic like Java, .Net etc. and some niche like ATG, MS Dynamics etc. So should have experience of having worked on various technologies and should be able to take up new technology and design recruitment strategy for "hard to find" skills
- Will be managing the stakeholder in India and US across levels and hence should have excellent communication skills
- Will be responsible for reporting & budgeting . So should be very good at MIS, measuring & tracking productivity
- Will be required to review the current IT recruitment process and work with HR head to streamline the process to increase the effectiveness
