- Head of Talent Acquisition (From IT consulting or IT Services only Apply) - You will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for the global organization and serve our business leaders of multiple verticals, Technology practices, Solutions team &amp; Business functions. - You and your team are responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to their next role at Xoriant. - You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers and business leaders - Head of Talent Acquisition will report to the SVP of Delivery Job Description - Create, implement and design Talent acquisition strategy to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes time, quality, cost and diversity of hires, process efficiency and stakeholder management. Should incorporate metrics &amp; talent market knowledge - Inspire a team to deliver results across a complex regional and functional matrix while effectively communicating with global teams and support organizations. - Collaborate with and influence partner relationships with Delivery, Practices, Sales, Operations, HR and Finance teams to ensure overall talent acquisition objects are met. - Work with numbers and draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. - Lead and create leverage through overall sourcing strategies using sourcing optimization funnel to support talent strategy - Develop Employee branding strategy and leverage Social channels for quality hiring - Identifying and optimizing existing sourcing channels and scale recruiting organization resources to create a continuous funnel for key roles in alignment with business needs of Xoriant Experience required on - 12 to 15 years of experience in the enterprise technology sector from roles in industry, executive recruiting and/or consulting. Should have a flavour of strategizing recruiting both from product engineering as well as managed services organisations - Experience of recruiting high performing Technology professionals for IT services company - Experience in managing vendors and the ability to negotiate contracts successfully. - Experience of working with large multilocational talent management team and effectively leverage their skills to derive results as per business need - Should be skilled and experienced in evangelising, developing and leading Xoriant's campus program to hire top talents from top Engineering and B schools across India Skills Required: - Exceptional analytical skills with ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends. - Excellent leadership skills with a vision and strategy for talent acquisition in a highly dynamic organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. Minimum qualifications: - MBA degree from reputed Institute.
