The Client is a fast growing IT Company (Data as a Service), the company is based in Vashi - Navi Mumbai and are looking for Head of Talent Acquisition.

Job Profile:

1. Leading team of recruiters to source candidates

2. Fulfil requirement within given TAT

3. Lead from front

4. Should be able to close all positions through portals, reference & Social media

5. Should be able to ideate and execute hiring of niche profiles through social media

Requirement :

1. Minimum 8 to 12 year of experience in IT & Non IT hiring

2. Must have minimum 2 years experience in team management

3. Should be able to manage expectations of CEO, Team, and Candidates
