- Building strategies around using cost-effective & efficient resourcing tools like Employee Referrals Programmes, Job Portals, Newspaper Advertisements, Job Fairs, Headhunting, Social Networking Sites etc.
- Maintaining company standards of quality in all the recruitment related processes
- Streamline and fine tune Resourcing Processes.
- Ensure SLAs are in place for all recruitment processes.
- Vendor Management
