Head Talent acquisition CoE in terms of defining policy, processes, and monitoring of the same across group. Also, responsible for acquiring and managing talent at senior levels across group.

Key Accountabilities :

- Responsible for the Talent Acquisition of M1, M2 and M3 (proposed LX, LA, LB, LT1, LT2, LS1, and LS2) across group

- Timeliness

- Quality

- Cost

- Plan and implement Talent Reviews of M1, M2 and M3 (proposed LX, LA, LB, LT1, LT2, LS1, and LS2) across group

- Identify, develop and deploy key talent as per succession plan at senior levels

- Program Milestones

- Make Vs. Buy ratio

- Plan and monitor execution of various leadership development interventions for M1, M2 and M3 (proposed LX, LA, LB, LT1, LT2, LS1, and LS2) across group

- Program Milestones

- % of senior leaders covered under L&D

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS :

- Recruitment Consultants, Search Firms, Head hunters, Professional Networking with HR Counter parts in other companies, Trainers, Mentors, Coaches and other external consultants
