Head - Talent Acquisition - IT

Our client is one of the leading provider of Information technology services, looking for Head of Recruitment to be based in Chennai.

The role will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the strategic talent acquisition and work force planning initiatives for the organisation.

- Managing the complete life cycle recruitment process, standardization of recruitment policies and procedures, assessing the recruitment needs and ensuring salaries are competitive to external market.

- Development of recruitment plans and collaborating with the management in delivering high quality talent within established benchmarks for time to fill and cost to fill.

Role will be based in Chennai
