Role:
The Head - Talent Acquisition (Vice President level position) heads the strategy and execution of talent acquisition delivery, primarily focused on experience-hire recruiting for IT Infra, BPM roles for our client in India.
Primary Responsibilities Include The Following Roles:
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies and solutions that are aligned with the business strategy at the Client Organization and support both current and future workforce requirements (Talent Pipeline).
- Construct and implement next-generation talent acquisition strategy and delivery models for optimizing bid and proposal efforts and fulfilling executive recruiting needs.
- Partner with leaders across Human Resources and the business of the client organization to acquire external talent with the right skills at the right time, place and cost.
- Develop and execute project plans that support the completion of strategic and tactical talent acquisition initiatives. Identify and drive opportunities for operational enhancement in collaboration with other leaders.
- Be a driver and champion for innovation in talent acquisition and support and enable driving for results, learning agility, collaboration and engagement across the talent acquisition organization.
- Create meaningful mechanisms to measure impact, performance, value and return on investment for talent acquisition activities.
Ideal Candidate Background With:
- An ideal candidate would have experience of working in Recruiting and a IT business organization.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree and 15 years of related experience including 5+ years in building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams.
- Demonstrated experience and capability in high-volume talent acquisition delivery and execution in IT roles and in developing and implementing creative talent acquisition strategies and solutions (Platforms).
- Past experience must indicate the ability to deliver talent acquisition services for a large and complex multi-billion Rupees business.
- Excellent business, market and quantitative acumen, enabling effective data leverage and the translation of business objectives to performance requirements.
