Our Client is Hiring Talent Acquisition Head in Pune Location
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and deliver on a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with the organizations strategy.
- Design, build, evolve, scale, and develop a best-in-class recruiting organization to meet current and future growth
- Act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, and to key stakeholders across the organization, by quickly identifying and providing adaptive solutions to talent challenges and opportunities
- Attract, inspire, develop and lead team of recruiters by creating an environment to bring out the best out of them.
- Partner with the leadership team to drive the organizations commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Proven experience of successfully developing & executing recruitment strategy.
- Proven track record in handling end to end hiring for Tech and non tech roles.
- Deep knowledge and experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines and functions within high tech industry in India.
- Track record of optimizing for excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Experience recruiting, mentoring and developing high performing recruiters.
- High bar for talent and uses disciplined selection methods and assessments to ensure high quality hires.
- Hands-on leader with strong process and continuous improvement commitment and mentality.
- Agile and adaptable, with strong EQ and relationship-building orientation across HR and the business; able to partner and influence at all levels.
- Technology enthusiast and has worked with a variety of recruiting systems, tools, & processes..
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage complexities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both officially and informally, with clear and persuasive presentation and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset and expertise in using data and data driven approach to drive strategic outcomes.
- Excellent people skills to liaise both externally and internally.
Qualifications :
- Post-Graduation in Management.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in mid to large size IT organizations.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of recruiters.
