We are hiring Head-Talent Acquisition for a IT Product based company based at Hyderabad.

Position: Head Talent Acquisition

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- The Talent Acquisition Head will be responsible for the Recruitment Function in all business related divisions, departments and functions.

- He will manage, control and administer the overseas and local recruitment and selection activities in order to attract the right candidate that meets business requirements, by effective manpower planning, effective communication and coordination with internal and external customers and recruitment sources as well.

- Ability to handle all types of recruitment activities effectively and efficiently

- Heading the talent acquisition team for all the hiring needs of the company

Candidate profile:

- Any graduate/PG from a reputed Institute/College

- 15+ years experience in recruitment from a product based company
