Responsibilities:
- Design and implement hiring strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates across regions (India, Middle East and USA)
- Collaborate with Business leaders to understand their hiring needs, proactively strategize to build talent pipeline based on business forecast and work on closing active positions within defined timelines
- Develop and manage innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent through various sources
- Oversee and improve candidate experience
- Responsible for recruitment process improvement and automation to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Measure hiring metrics for monitoring performance (time to hire, source matrix, cost to hire etc)
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
- Hire, manage, develop and retain Talent acquisition team
Skills needed:
- Proven track record as Head of the department and managed bulk hiring (campus & lateral)
- Experience in managing end to end recruitment and employer branding initiatives
- Should have managed talent acquisition change management programs - strategic and operations level
- Hands on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
- Good in stake holders and team management
- Analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information
- Ability to be strategic and tactical while making decisions
- Experience in Cybersecurity hiring will be a big plus
