- 10 years of experience into product / Services, niche and hot skill hiring within the defined SLA
- 5+ years of experience of stakeholder management
- 10+ Years of Experience in Engineering + IT hiring.
- 5 year of experience into people management in recruiting function
Responsibilities:
- Strong focus on building the Engineering team.
- Define Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
- Partner with BU leaders, hiring managers to conduct workforce planning and align recruiting plan
- End-to-end recruitment and selection process for all the roles including the de-briefs.
- Coordinate and lead related efforts in line with the global Talent Acquisition strategy
- Market study, benchmark and implement the best tech practices in technology hiring.
- Build a tech database of various roles
- Participate in employer branding initiatives for these verticals in association with the stakeholders.
- Work on the recruitment process automation
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics for the requirements and the candidates (dashboards)
- Ensure robust recruitment process on campus. Ensure training of all campus recruiters
- Produce, analyze and distribute periodic reporting and scorecards
