Principal Accountabilities:

- Own and define the end to recruitment process and Metrics for Vadodara

- Forecast and set the overall recruitment plan for the team

- Line manage, mentor and guide the recruitment manager

- Liaise with the BU engagements to ensure uniformity across the recruitment processes, job roles etc.

- Devise strategies across sourcing, use intelligent marketing analysis to ensure tapping the right market for each role

- Present monthly reports for recruitment with accurate data points for each KPI

- Support the recruitment manager in planning and strategy for Walk In's, social media campaigns

- Collaborate with the Head of resourcing to ensure the hiring strategy is in line with the business plan

- Define and ensure the right recruitment practices are followed at all times with no process deviations, stringent evaluation on data integrity, regulatory compliance and audits in recruiting practices

- Lead and strategize processes to garner excellent candidate experience reviews on Glassdoor

- Govern and use the right recruitment systems, tools and applications to enhance the overall output

- Present ideas clearly and concisely in verbal and written communications

Reporting Relationships: Executive Director

Essential Competencies:

- Extensive knowledge of software technology, technical roles and technical skills

- Proven experience in the entire recruitment process lifecycle

- Understands the KPI reporting metrics

- Good understanding of Quality regime ISO 27001

- Should have worked as a Recruitment Manager or above in the past or with the present organization

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Able to work independently and within a team

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

- Ability to build strong relationships

- Good working experience on MS Office, Outlook, Strong Analytical skills, hands-on with recruitment tools and techniques

Preferred Skills:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment processes in mid-sized organizations across multiple geographies

- Education Graduate/MBA or equivalent degree from recognized university in India or overseas
