Head - Talent Acquisition - Internet/Online (8-15 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Driving the recruitment strategy for hiring technical and non-technical talent

- Collaborating with business and technical teams to understand hiring requirements

- Developing and planning recruiting strategies around sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding

- Working with external vendors and agencies, and internal teams to build a credible talent pipeline

- Acting as Pepper's brand ambassador across social platforms to attract talent from the industry

- Initiating and driving projects from time to time to optimise the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in sourcing, engaging and recruiting talent

- Strong strategic lens & experience of scaling startups from Series A to Series B stage (hiring from 50 people to 200 people). Should have worked directly with founders

- Nuanced understanding of different roles in the industry along with an appreciation of a high performance culture and of best hiring practices

- Natural storyteller with an ability to communicate the vision of Pepper succinctly

- Ability to understand and evaluate candidates beyond their work profile and to engage candidates through the recruitment process

- Can build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Great negotiation skills

- Deep understanding of how social media can be used as a means for hiring

- Ability to conceptualize, manage and execute mid to large scale assessment centres/hiring drives/weekend drives to fulfil bulk demands against stiff timelines
