Talent Acquisition Head
Job Description:
- As the Talent Acquisition Head you will be handling south region and later on handle Pan India. Will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on achieving rapid Time-to-Fill (TAT) closures and providing proactive support to the growth plans of the business. You will lead a team of 15-20 recruiters, ensuring a high-performance culture that delivers results in a fast-paced environment. Creating talent acquisition strategies based on the business requirements and act as a Talent Acquisition business partner to all business units operation in the region.
- Advising business on the talent availability and effective hiring process relevant to the market/capability and experience sought
- Drive innovative, out of box and creative methods of sourcing and hunting to find the best talent for rapid growth teams.
- Building and engaging with start up community to know the latest talent acquisition trends / key team / talent movements.
- Driving recruitment teams to achieve service delivery as per the agreed TATs.
- Managing the KPI's for each engagement and report them on a periodic schedule to key stakeholders both internal HR and business stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process and drive better business outcomes.
- Managing key client stakeholders and be one point of issue/escalation resolution.
- Build, train, and coach a high caliber team of recruiters who are trained in the ways of working of the start-up talent ecosystems and have strong out of box talent attraction skills
- Engaging Vendors as and when required keeping in view the overall cost of hiring and the impact it will have on the overall budget of the engagement.
Experience:
- More than 15+ years' experience in managing end to end recruitment in a fast-paced, predominantly in a technology and sales led business environment.
- Experience working in a start-up ecosystem is highly desirable and will be a key differentiator.
- Experience hiring across multiple career levels from entry level to leadership talent.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring high volumes as well as critical high impact management positions and against tight deadlines
- Managed diverse recruitment teams that work in different engagement models and ability to manage teams that are not co-located
