About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead our non-tech mass hiring efforts. This role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives, and driving efficient hiring processes to meet our aggressive talent acquisition goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists focused on non-tech roles.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define clear job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and targeted advertising.
- Develop and implement an employer branding strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates.
- Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure efficient candidate management processes.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist qualified individuals for interviews.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimize the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
- Manage budget and resources allocated to the recruitment function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a talent acquisition role preferably in a high-volume hiring environment (required).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing strategic recruitment initiatives (required).
- Strong understanding of non-tech recruitment methods and best practices (required).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software.
