Head - Talent Acquisition - Insurance Sector (12-20 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to join our client - A Leading Insurance Company in India.
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition function, ensuring the recruitment of top talent to support the organization's growth and strategic goals.
Your expertise in talent acquisition strategies, leadership abilities, and deep understanding of the insurance industry will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts.
1. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and plans aligned with the organization's goals and growth objectives.
2. Lead a team of 25-30 talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, workforce planning, and recruitment needs.
4. Develop a strong employer brand for the company, positioning it as an employer of choice within the insurance industry.
5. Design and execute recruitment campaigns across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations to leverage their networks for candidate sourcing.
7. Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection methodologies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
8. Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are in place while maintaining quality standards.
9. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of talent acquisition practices.
10. Establish and monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
11. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the onboarding and retention processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless integration into the organization.
12. Stay abreast of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
