Our client is looking for Head of Talent Acquisition for Delhi NCR location to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Position Reports to CHRO
Main Responsibilities of Head of Talent Acquisition
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and fresh graduate hiring.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Partnering with plant and department heads within the organization to track on-going hiring needs of their respective domains.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required in order to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous engagement.
- Managing a team of 3 or more people.
Key Requirements :
- Should have strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition.
- Education: MBA in HR full-time from a reputed institution.
- Experience of minimum 15 years
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders.
- Should have exposure of managing lateral and campus hiring.
