Head - Talent Acquisition/HR Operations & Analytics - General Insurance

We are currently looking to hire for Head of Talent Acquisition & and HR Operations for a leading General Insurance Company in Mumbai.

Job Profile:

Will be responsible to head the entire talent acquisition of the organization across functions

Talent acquisition is very important aspect of this job

Will be responsible for handling a team of around 12 people

Participating in Talent Engagement Initiatives by educating managers and preparing toolkits for better implementation and working with Managers to ensure improvement in performance and increase in department efficiency.

Retention Programs involves conducting Exit Interviews, and analyzing data based on these interviews for Organization as a whole. Identifying high-risk employees by gathering attrition intelligence and ensuring the top talent is sufficiently engaged to prevent attrition has also been one of the KRAs

HR Operations include making process improvements, automation requirements, involvement in client audits, ensuring HR compliance on BS7799 and ISO Audits

Should be very well aware of statutory compliance, employee life cycle, employee relations & payroll.
