As a part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will engage with leading talent in IT (technical)/Non IT -Sales/Marketing Hiring. Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Heading Talent Acquisition Department.
- Responsible for all Tech and Non-Tech positions.
- Responsible to Drive and deliver Recruitment Strategy, building relationships with Hiring Managers and counsel on creative recruiting techniques.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Talent Acquisition and pro-actively managing TA Team and Third Party Vendors.
- Partner with senior leaders to help improve recruitment efficacy, working on multiple projects to improve overall TA process.
- Working closely with HR Business Partners to understand talent gaps in senior level and niche positions and build internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with TA team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes. Ensure enhance of employer brand (esp. through digital/social media space and Campus Connect).
- Specialties in ramping up large numbers (Volume), lateral & leadership hiring.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies and models to assist business in forecasting hiring and attrition.
- Ensuring utilization of the resources and manpower in a cost-effective way.
- Skilled in setting up new processes (with focus on creating innovative employee referral model) and streamlining the existing ones to better suit the business needs.
- Actively involved in creating market intelligence strategies to map internal/external talent pool and compensation data to recruit the best professionals.
