Head - Talent Acquisition
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading and overseeing the talent acquisition function. This will involve developing and implementing strategies and processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent, as well as managing a team of talent acquisition specialists.
Specific responsibilities may include:
- Developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Leading the design and implementation of programs and processes related to recruitment, selection, and on-boarding
- Managing and developing a team of talent acquisition specialists
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop plans to meet those needs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources of talent
- Budgeting for talent acquisition in consultations with stakeholder
- Tracking and analysing key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rates
- Ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity and social diversity.
- To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition
