I. Oversee complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business.

II. Strategically guide the business about talent pool, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding.

III. Analyse the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time.

IV. Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

V. Intervene and coordinate where required, especially for senior leadership hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Should have 10 - 15 years of experience in HR and Specifically more than 5 years of experience in leading team in strategic role preferably from Healthcare / Retail Industry

2. Should have exposure of managing Pan India role

3. Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

6. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. Familiarity with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems.
