PROFILE (SUMMARY) :
Leading the Internal Recruitment, Talent Management & Marketplace Coach Sourcing function
- This person will need to be well-versed in all aspects of latest recruitment & ongoing talent management trends including creative/ social media candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, offer/negotiation, onboarding and orientation, talent management, grievance handling, succession planning and replacement hiring.
- This person will also be responsible for sourcing various kinds of Health Coaches to offer their services on Company corporate and direct-to-consumer platforms in a variety of compensation and engagement structures.
- Individual will lead a team of 3-10 recruitment, talent Management and sourcing professionals to fulfill the set
KRA's of the function.
- This person needs to have at least 10 years of relevant and full-time work experience.
WHAT WILL YOU DO-
Internal Recruitment :
- Learn about Company overall needs and develop strategies for individual and team success in the identification and attraction of senior-level talent
- Conduct research to map target companies & create robust search strategies that will identify and attract the best and brightest for our open positions
- Build out talent networks and tap knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates
- Conduct debrief meetings with hiring managers and senior leaders after the interviews as well as conduct on-site interviews, and present/negotiate employment offers on behalf of Company
Talent Management
- Help develop and deliver Onboarding & Orientation strategies to help new Candidates settle into their new job roles
- Help develop and deliver the strategy for Succession planning for each role so that internal resources are given priorities for open positions. Lead the Internal Job Posting & Recruitment process
- Take ownership for developing and delivering the Employee Grievance Management process
- Ensure a seamless retention/exit process for Employees
Coach Sourcing :
- Work with Product and Business Teams to identify the requirement for the quantity, quality and skill-sets of various kinds of Health Coaches required for Company corporate and direct-to-consumer platforms
- Help develop the Health Coach Compensation, engagement, evaluation and retention structures
- Manage the end-to-end Sourcing of Health Coaches of various kinds on an on-going basis for marketplace platforms.
