The Company is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Head to drive and execute Talent Acquisition practices across their multiple verticals Critical Experience: Must have experience in handling a minimum of 1000 employees, specifically Blue-collar workers. Key Responsibilities - TA Head will be responsible to attract and hire the right talent within the defined parameters on time, cost and quality for all positions to ensure the achievement of Business Objectives. - S/He will be working closely with a Delivery team for forecasting, planning & executing Global Talent Acquisition strategies - Manage entire recruitment cycle & ensure recruitment process runs smoothly - Takes ownership that Talent Acquisition team delivers quality services as per SLAs / TATs - Provide strong leadership and career development to the Talent Acquisition team with managers and employees in more than one location - Create a conducive open environment for better performance, among team members to create/build a positive work culture. - Review existing processes, identify and implement best practices across multiple teams - Drive new strategies for attracting top talent - Partner with the business and HR regarding talent assessment, development and succession planning - Act as a key stakeholder and thought leader within the organization. - Work with Finance to manage headcount and OPEX budget - Drive best in class assessment throughout the organization - Deliver interview skills training to hiring managers - Drive Talent Acquisition improvement projects.
