- Responsible for ensuring the recruitment function has consistent processes, is proactive, quality oriented, operates with a sense of urgency, is strategic, and is viewed by the business leaders as expert, competent and effective.

- The role will partner with business units and HR Business Partners to gather input and continuously educate on the process, roles and responsibilities with an emphasis on exploring ways to enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness including speed to delivery of qualified high quality candidates.
